Only local public school districts or Education Service Districts (ESDs) in the State of Oregon may apply for YTP funding. The specific requirement stated is that applicants must:

"Be an Oregon public school district or education service district, or a consortium duly authorized by two or more such districts to submit a proposal on behalf of the authorizing districts."

Oregon uses the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) as the mechanism to secure the documents necessary to apply.

If you have not yet registered you may register now by selecting the "Supplier Registration" option in the left navigation bar. If you are already registered you may log on now by selecting the "Logon to ORPIN" option in the left navigation bar."
